Rogue Athletics offers a wide range of classes to best fit your program. We offer Tumbling, Stunting, Choreography and camps.
Our Tumbling Classes for the season are an agreement for 7 months or 9 months with summer classes. Each class will have 1-2 coaches. Our classes can range from 1-2 hours of tumbling a week. Our Tumbling classes consist of a fast paced drill based class to teach good body shapes and progressions. All of our coaching staff are proficient in spotting all tumbling skills with any athlete.
Our Stunting Classes for the season are an agreement for 7 months or 9 months with summer classes. Each class will have 1 coach per team. Our classes can range from 1-2 hours of stunting a week. Our stunting classes consist of breaking down stunting technique, reinforcing good habits and strength training. These techniques will allow for athletes to execute elite level skills safely.
Our Choreography is like our classes. We use multiple choreographers that specialize in different styles. Our choreographers have years of experience and knowledge of score sheets so your routines are never lacking.
During the summer we have a completely custom camp. We involve the coach to tailor the camp to work on exactly what your team or program needs. Our camps are fun and really brings teams together for the new season.
